Goalkeeping Training
What to Expect at Goalkeeping Camps
Session 1 – Footwork, Handling (low mid high balls) and set position (Shot stopping).
Session 2 – Shot Stopping and Diving (Positioning Ball – Me – Goal).
Session 3 – 1v1, dealing with through balls and Blocking.
Session 4 – Dealing with Crosses – Set position (for Crosses) – and positioning in goal.
Session 5 – Games (Integrate the Gk within the other groups).
