New Player Evaluation and Registration Process for Division 1 / 2  Teams

2024 Fall/Winter Soccer Season
(U11 – U18) 2014 – 2007

‘OPEN’ Evaluations are for players that have never played (or have not played in several years) with Vancouver Athletic FC.
VAFC Players that played in the 2023/24 Fall/Winter soccer season are not required to attend an evaluation.
VAFC players are assessed by both your Team Head Coach and VAFC Technical Staff.

STEP ONE :  EVALUATION PROCESS

  1. New Players that did not play with VAFC last season are able to attend.
  2. Check out the ‘Evaluation Schedule’ down below.
  3. No Cost to attend an ‘Open Evaluation’.
  4. Sign up by using the online form link.
  5. Attend the ‘Open Evaluation’.

STEP TWO : REGISTRATION PROCESS

  1. Attend an ‘Open’ evaluation. See schedule below.
  2. Receive an email from VAFC offering the player a level of play.
  3. Each player has 72 hours to accept or decline the offer.
  4. Players will be given a registration link for the 2024/25 Soccer Season.
  5. Teams will be formed with players that complete their registration.

U11 (2014) – U12 (2013) – U13 (2012) – U14 (2011) – U15 (2010) – U16 (2009) – U17 (2008) – U18 (2007)

New Player Evaluations

Scheduled evaluation details will be emailed to those ‘New Players’ wanting to be evaluated by VAFC for the Fall 2024/25 Soccer Season. Only those players that have completed the form below will be contacted.  These evaluations are for new players that have not played with VAFC in the past year.

Boys & Girls – U11/U12

    • Date:   Sunday, April 28th
    • Location: Van Tech Turf
    • Time: 3:15 – 4:15 PM
    • Registration: OPEN

Boys & Girls – U13/U14/U15

    • Date:   Sunday, April 28th
    • Location: Van Tech Turf
    • Time: 4:30 – 5:30 PM
    • Registration: OPEN

Boys & Girls – U16 / U17 / U18

    • Date:   Sunday, April 28th
    • Location: Van Tech Turf
    • Time: 5:45 – 6:45 PM
    • Registration: OPEN
