4. If goal nets or/and corner flags come out of a bag in the storage bin, they go back into the bag and bin.
5. Do NOT take the keys with you; they stay in the lock box at the storage.

Vancouver Change Room Codes and Policy

Note that Clinton, Point Grey and Jericho do not have codes as they have stand alone washrooms or they do not have change room facilities.

Those who have access are to understand that:

1. Keep Combination limited to a “need to know only” list.
2. NO access to anyone you do not know personally.
3. Once the combination is compromised, so is security and safety of the area.
4. Do not leave valuables in the change room or consider the area safe and secure.
5. Other field users will have this combination.
6. Call 3-1-1 if rooms are dead bolted, lights not on, lights burnt out, lights turn off early.
7. Logging problems with 3-1-1 is the only way to ensure action.
