The AGM (Annual General Meeting) is held once a year to allow VAFC members the opportunity to review reports, financials and ask questions about the strategic direction of the club.  Please refer to this page for required reports and documentation. Thanks!

The information that is collected will be used to offer the membership at the AGM some insight on each person wanting to take on a board directors role.  Should there be more than one person applying for a position the membership will vote on the person they feel is best for that position.
