Discounted Season Passes For BC League 1 Soccer

VAFC Members Can Purchase Discounted Season Passes

VAFC’s partners TSS were the first team, the Rovers, to enter the BC League 1. The Rovers are offering VAFC families a special VIP Season Pass to all 6 of the Rovers League 1 home games at Swangard Stadium. Each event is a double-header with the women’s team playing first, followed by the men. The cost is $55 per season pass. That’s less than $10 for each double-header at Swangard. Individual double-header tickets will be $20 so that’s a significant savings. Even if you can’t make all the games, getting a Season Pass is well worth it. Plus it helps support these U23 players as they step to the next level.

VIP Passes Only Available Until Friday

We are offering this VIP Season Pass only until end of day this coming Friday, May 20th. You will also need an access code to purchase these passes. Please visit the link below and then enter the code as listed:

What is League 1 BC?

If you don’t know much about League 1 BC; this is a new semi-pro league that has started in BC. Many of the players will be former TSS Rovers youth players who are currently playing at the university level. There are also some current and former U17 and U20 national team players. The Rovers men and women’s teams are essentially the top of the player pyramid for VAFC Rovers currently at U11/U12.

Become a Shareholder

The Rovers League 1 teams operates as an independent club. But what’s really unique is that the supporters recently became shareholders as well. In order to support this U23 level, the Rovers became the only club in Canada that is partially owned by the fans. We sold over 600 shares to our supporters so far. You can become a shareholder as well and help support these young players get to the next level of the game.

Why is this important? It’s important because all of our young players now have a platform to not only watch high level soccer in our community, but also to aspire to the next level of the game.
