17 Oct Tips for House League Photo Day
VAFC’s House League photo day for ALL soccer teams is coming up on Saturday, October 20th at Douglas Park in Vancouver.
Included in your photo package is a 5″ x 7″ individual photo and a team photo. Your team manager will hand out the photo order forms in advance of photo day. If you haven’t received a form yet, contact your manager and fill it out before photos are taken.
Photo Day Tips
To help this very busy event run smoothly and on time, please do the following:
- Dress in your full clean uniform
- Fill out your photo form in advance: player name, team name, coach’s name & contact email, even if you aren’t ordering additional photos in the package
- Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled team photo time – parking can be challenging (beware of parking regulations)!
Do not be late, they will not wait for missing players. The photographer team moves quickly in order to get through all the players on time.
Photos usually take place on the east side of Douglas Park. Look for a tent – photos are taken rain or shine.
