VAFC Presents a Coaching Webinar with Scoreboard Soccer
VAFC is excited to offer a coaching webinar with Scottish FA coach David Baird. David is a UEFA A Licence candidate who currently works as a coach educator for the Scottish Football Association, as well as U20 coach for Heart of Midlothian Girls’ and Women’s football clubs.
With over 15 years of coaching experience, including spells in the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America, David is delighted to present his newest coaching project, Scoreboard Soccer. An environment based approach to coaching that enables players to develop holistically through embracing small sided games and player autonomy.
