24 Feb U13 Metro Selection Announcement: 2019-20 Season
Four local community soccer clubs, Italian Canadian Sports Federation (ICSF), Killarney FC, Marpole Soccer Club, and Vancouver Athletic Football Club (VAFC) will now be jointly supporting Vancouver Football Club (VFC) for the 2019-2020 season for the U13 Metro program. The Metro program represents the next level of competitive and developmental soccer above the current three divisional levels currently run by VAFC and the other grassroots Vancouver clubs.
VAFC is excited to work in partnership with VFC for the U13 Metro group. Technical and player insight for evaluations and program management will now be provided by five Technical Directors from each clubs. We look forward to developing and implementing a new model of support for the 2007-U13 Metro Boys and Metro Girls program this season.
VAFC encourages all Vancouver 2007-born girls and boys interested in a higher level of soccer to visit the VFC website to register for the VFC Metro assessments in early March. Further announcements on programming and this upcoming season will be provided throughout the month of March.

U13 Metro: Vancouver Football Club Assessment Information
Open evaluations are held annually for all VFC teams. Existing VFC players and prospective players wanting to play in the BCCSL Metro Division for the VFC are required to attend evaluations each year.

- Day 1: Sunday, March 3rd – 4:00-5:30pm – Trillium (Open Evaluation)
- Day 2: Saturday, March 9th – 7:30-9:00pm – Trillium (Invite Only)
